NRA Concealed Carry (CCW) · CHP Initial Course

The expanded concealed-carry skills pathway: a 2-day course for students who want substantially more practical carry skill development beyond permit qualification, not just the paperwork. The full, official NRA CCW curriculum, taught unaltered by an NRA Certified CCW Instructor who is also an Eagle County Sheriff's Office-verified firearms instructor, with dedicated holster work, drawing skills, concealment considerations, extended live-fire development, and hands-on instructor coaching, plus a nationally recognized NRA CCW certificate alongside your Colorado CHP training documentation. Choosing between courses: if you mainly need your Colorado CHP, see FPA CHP Initial; if you want this deeper skill-building track, this is it. Both lead to the same Colorado permit.
